" I wanted to say how much your course has helped me get my life back on track after a very distressing time over the last couple of years. When I attended my first session last October, I was in a bad place in all ways - mentally, emotionally and physically. I attended most sessions up until the summer holidays this year. During this time, you helped me regain my confidence, set boundaries with stressors in my life, learn to say no with love and kindness, and rebuild my daily healthy living - eating properly, exercising and healthy sleep habits. I learned the importance of gratitude, positivity, self-care and being kind to myself. I consider myself very lucky to have had the chance to meet you and the group, and I miss coming along on a Thursday but hope to call in and see you occasionally. " I've been attending I.A.C for nearly 6 months now, this group has seriously improved my life! I am 3 years post Brain Hemorrhage & have severe PTSD, so was a complete shut away, without any safe/comfortable spaces for me to get out & see other people! These ladies have gone above & beyond to make me feel exactly that & accommodate my disabilities, which now means every Thursday my life is that little brighter & I can openly share my triumph's & troubles with support & care. This group can really be a life saver for someone when they truly need it! "
