IAC Course Information
Our courses are designed to create a safe and authentic environment where our students, 18 to 20-year-olds, or women of all ages can grow in confidence, build resilience, bravery, and know they are valued and capable, and empower them to connect back into their community with a strong sense of inner belief, hope, and purpose.
Types of Courses
We currently offer two confidence-building courses for women aged 18 and over. We are also developing programmes especially for young women in their 18–20s and for students, so we can support more young women to grow in confidence together. These courses can be delivered at different venues for organisations interested in purchasing our resources and becoming IAC members.
Our courses take place in church rooms and community venues across Poole, Christchurch, and Bournemouth, where our team is based.
We also train professionals who work with students, 18 -20s and women of all ages, giving them the skills and resources to run IAmConfident courses within their own settings, anywhere in the UK.
In addition, we offer bespoke training for organisations, colleges, universities, and staff teams who support students, tailored to meet their specific needs across the UK
