Our Wellbeing Sessions
We currently offer two wellbeing programs that take each woman on a journey from spark belief, build confidence and thrive with resilience, through 39 sessions that help reset and rebuild areas of your life that need resilience and bravery. We have women of all ages in our groups. It is wonderful to see all the generations connect, support and grow in confidence. There is no such thing as too old!
Come when you can
The good thing is the support is also ongoing. We understand the challenges of committing to every week - so you simply come when you can.
121 Support
Being able to provide women the 121 support they need is a joy to help where we can or sign post. It helps women that are struggling to know where to go next, who to turn to feel valued, heard and understood. Whether you are struggling with some life challenges, being a single mum, going through a divorce, mental or physical abuse a carer or experienceing trauma or lonliness we are here for you. We help write letters of support, make the calls required, confidence building for court cases.

Locations
Our sessions take place in welcoming church rooms and community venues across Poole, Christchurch, and Bournemouth, where our team is based. These small, friendly groups are designed to help you build confidence, connect with others, and develop practical tools you can use in everyday life.
Interested?
If you are interested in joining one of our sessions, we would love to hear from you. Our sessions are open to women from all backgrounds, and no previous experience is needed, just a willingness to come along and take part.
We run all year round (term time only), with every session being completely free. You are welcome to join at any point that you feel ready!
When?
There are currently two courses available to join:

Every Wednesday from 1:15pm - 3:30pm

Every Thursday from 9.45am - 12:00pm
Where?
Both are taking place at: Gateway Church, 502 Ashley Road, Poole, BH14 0AD
Children are welcome and crèche facilities are provided. The sessions are FREE, plus there will be coffee and cake available!
What Happens?
Each session includes a mix of practical activities and relaxed conversation, with five key elements:

Self-care check-in: a gentle space to pause and reflect on how you’re doing

Mindfulness, stretching, and breathing: simple techniques to help you relax and reset

Group discussion: exploring topics such as confidence, assertiveness, managing worries or stress, negative thought patterns, and body language

Creative activity: a hands-on activity connected to the session theme

Reflection and a personal challenge: a small, encouraging step to try before the next session
